This place is a must try! I took my grandmother and my mom much to all our enjoyment. We all said this is a meal we will remember fondly for life and it was privilege to dine here. The staff is very nice and made great recommendations for which dishes since we weren’t familiar with Peruvian food. We loved the trio appetizer to start. I got the pork belly sandwich and it was so good. I wish I lived closer but we were just visiting. We will come back if we’re in the area again!
Whether you’re visiting or lucky enough to live in the area, Peruvian Fuego is a must-try if you enjoy authentic, flavorful food. Tucked just a few minutes from the main strip, this small but spotless restaurant delivers big on taste and hospitality. I ordered the shrimp ceviche—perfectly marinated, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. The Peruvian rotisserie chicken with rice was another standout—juicy, well-seasoned, and roasted to perfection. The vibe here is warm and welcoming, with staff who genuinely love what they do. I had a great chat with the chef/owner, who was incredibly kind and humble. On his recommendation, I tried the Lucuma ice cream—a unique Peruvian treat that sealed the deal for me. Simple, delicious, and fairly priced—can’t recommend it enough. This place has heart, flavor, and soul. I’ll definitely be back!
Service was amazing. The waiter was very tentative. Food was good. chicken salad burger was humongous, fish ceviche was delicious to me, but my BF said it was too salty. I got yucca fries and they were real good, I just wish they gave me more than 6 sticks of fries… presentation was cute tho lol.
Stopped by for lunch on the weekend. When we finished, the restaurant was booming with customers. The two chicken sandwiches were delicious, packed with flavor and satisfying. We will definitely return to try other items on the tasty menu.
There were 8 minutes left until closing time, however, the Mexican waiter welcomed us with open arms and was very attentive. The food was good, but I feel like they serve very little portions. The place is somewhat small, but clean and pretty.
First time here. Everything was delicious. I wish I took a picture of the food. Although this was the best cosmopolitan I ever had. Yucca fries and pork belly was delicious Friendly staff.
We went to the Aerial Tramway, and we were looking for a place to eat afterwards cause the food up the Tramway wasn’t really calling us. We found this Peruvian place and it was the best decision. The attention was awesome, place was clean, also we were the only people there, which is expected for a Monday. And the food was so good, we ordered, fries Yucca, Ceviche Mixto, Chicken, Choufa, honestly everything was so good. Definitely would come back.
What a find! My wife and I stopped by Peruvian Fuego in Palm Springs yesterday, June 7, 2025, after shopping at Cabazon Outlet Mall—a quick 22-minute drive that was totally worth it. This hidden gem blew us away with its delicious food and spotless place. We met the owner, Jairo, who was incredibly warm and recommended the ceviche—absolutely fantastic, and everything we tried was great! El Arroz con pollo, los Anticuchos, la Chicha Morada, el Helado de Lucuma Highly recommend this spot for authentic Peruvian flavors and top-notch hospitality. I can't wait to comeback and try the rest of the menu.
